You need to work on more dynamic poses hun.
Don't take this the wrong way, its just helpful criticism.
Then again it would require me to teach you the meaning of dynamic in art ^^
Unfortunately, that would also require that you have a basic grasp of the concept know as art.
Seeing that you lack that basic concept I fear there is not point to these lessons :/
As far as making a comparison between her poses, I have to make the assumption that you lack the mental faculties to recognize anatomy properly. If you look at a picture of someone standing and another kneeling you clearly cannot process visual cues properly and you need to seek professional help.
Just some helpful cretinism ^^
